A unique toner specially formulated to complete the cleansing process. Contains Seaweed Extract Polymarine, which provides skin with hydrating minerals and vitamins, lemon extract, a natural antiseptic, and witch hazel that tones and tightens the skin. Apply a moderate amount to a cotton pad and wipe over entire face and neck, twice a day, preferably after using Mineral Care face & eyes makeup remover.
